1. Course Access

Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the Course as it exists at the time of purchase.

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Course, not the purchaser. The Course is self-paced and no new materials, updates, or live sessions will be added.

Access is hosted via SimpleFunnels and is dependent on the continued operation of that platform. If the platform ceases to operate or the Company changes its hosting provider, reasonable efforts will be made to maintain your access, but no guarantees can be made beyond our control.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the digital and service-based nature of the Course.

Refunds will not be granted for non-participation, failure to complete the Course, or dissatisfaction with the results.

Exceptions will only be made in cases of duplicate charges or clear billing errors.

3. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, workbooks, and downloads, are the intellectual property of Michaela Majava and Authentically You LLC, and are protected by copyright law.

You may not share, copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the Course without prior written consent.

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation. Your success depends on your personal commitment, actions, and circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authentically You LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes arising from your participation in the Course.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
